This concept bike is a combination of sport bike, cruiser and modern enduro, it's also a collaboration of Ducati series like Desmosedici, Multistrada and Diavel. But this bike especially made for people who loves to ride across the country. We called it "Desmostrada 1200SS" that means Desmosedici and Multistrada. And SS initials is come from Steven Sahardjo. Talking about Pulsar 220 DTS-i F test ride on March 9,2011 at Sentul International Circuit Bogor, Indonesia, Morukai still not yet test the fastest bike until today. When the local bloggers, automotive pers, bike community and bike enthusiast enjoying the bike a few days ago, but we still here keep an eye, writing some issues and design something else that people never expected it. Hopefully, we'll soon try this bike on the nearest dealers. Back to the bloggers, after doing some test at the Sentul Circuit which have an 8 km longs of track and about two rounds of races, they are absolutely satisfied! We present you a simple concept modification of Pulsar 220 DTS-i F. This modification intended for Indonesian people who doesn't familiar with the half fairing models on Pulsar 220 DTS-i F. Based on this case, we have to separated which parts should be modified and which parts should be in its original. And how to cover up the empty space that make this bike more muscle and dynamics. The idea of this concept modification is to combine the enduro and sport touring models. For the first step, we add the new fender under the headlight (taken from Ducati Hypermotard) and reshape the half fairing to show the endurance style. The rear fender modified from Honda VFR1200, and the mud guard taken from BMW R1200GS Adventure. The next move is cover up the empty space between machine and the side body. We also change the dual shockbreaker to monoshock type to make this bike more sporty. Well, it's done, and now the half fairing is camouflage with the new models! C...

Finally, this bike is coming to our city Jakarta, Indonesia. The "Fastest Indian" Pulsar 220 DTS-i F has a different engine and design from the early generation of pulsar. This bike should be a rising star motorcycle in this city, because of the first time half fairing models, a twin projector lamp (this is the most wanted parts!), and large power compared with the other 200 - 225 cc bikes. Well, before it launch on this month (march 8,2011), this bike was become a hot topics for a year in many articles and local websites. Recently, many people discussing about the reasonable price of this bike. There's a rumour this bike will cost under IDR 20,000,000 until IDR 22,000,000 - 24,500,000. It's a bit confusing, but who cares about the prices! Pulsar 220 DTS-i F has a 21ps @ 8500 rpm and maximum torque 19,12 Nm @ 7000 rpm, it means you have to think enough to buy your next bike!
