2012 (2009)

2012 film was directed by Roland Emmerich and released at cinemas on November 13, 2009. This film has a ton of special effects and visual effects. It has the length of durations approximately 158 minutes. However the last 30 minutes has changed my opinions about this sci-fi film. Could this film be listed on box offices?

This film story was about doomsday that would happen on December 21, 2012. It has been calculated and predicted by the Maya calendar systems. The story began when the particles neutrinos from solar flares reached the earth planet. It also triggered the earth's core temperatures to became higher. Temperature at the surfaces increased faster and caused the cracks on earth. Earthquake disasters reached it maximum level into 9 SR. There's a mountain eruption and tsunami disasters that most largest and terrified in this movie.

Casting by Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) as a book writers and father of two children. Their journey to a vacation place has bring them into troubles. Because Yellowstone National Park now turned to restricted area of military, and no trespassing for civilians. Recently, they spent the night somewhere in a valley, until they heard some news from local radio that sounds close to their place. Jackson come to see where the sounds from, then he met a radio presenter guy that live in a minivan. This guy told him that he has a vision about doomsday and revealed the big secrets of government plans with richest people around the world. And the following day, the disasters would come to destroy anything.

You may found some scenes when Jackson driving limousine and manoeuvres during the disasters. Gordon suddenly flying an airplane like he has experienced as a pilot. And many things that impossible became possible in this film.
